'Felimida' luteorosea (von Rapp, 1827)
[Chromodoris luteorosea]
Ordem: Nudibranchia
Subordem: Doridina

A relatively large dorid, growing up to 5cm long. The mantle is purple with yellow spots surrounded by a thin white line and often another thin dark purple line. The edge of the mantle is yellow. May be mistaken by 'F.' luteopunctata (Gantès, 1962).
The recently published work by Rebecca Fay Johnson and Terrence M. Gosliner has reviewed the phylogeny of this family so the atlantic members of the Chromodoris genus are provisionally reclassified under the Felimida genus. Therefore, the most recent classification of this species is 'Felimida' luteorosea.
