Corpo branco translúcido normalmente sem marcas. Linha amarela no pé, da ponta às brânquias. Processos extra-branquiais, rinóforos e brânquias com pontas amarelas. Pode ser confundido com Polycera quadrilineata, mas este apresenta maior variação e marcas amarelas no manto e um menor número de processos orais, que são amarelos. Alimenta-se igualmente de briozoários.

It can be mistaken by Polycera quadrilineata, but the later has more variation and yellow markings on the mantle and also a smaller number of oral processes, which are yellow in both species.
